Pocket Dictation Booklet

Demo version: compact template cues for nurses to glance at while dictating into the ward device.

Design idea: this booklet is not the EMR form. It is a pocket-sized reminder card set. The nurse can look at the cue headings, dictate naturally, and Nurse WOYZ can map the spoken details into the structured digital template.

How To Dictate

Speak naturally. Mention only what is present. The system must not add normal findings unless dictated.

  • For unknown details say: "not checked" or "to verify".
  • Review the generated text before saving.
